Daniel de Albuquerque

Over the years of experience working in inheritance law, successory planning, family and real estate law, I have come to realize that each issue brought to me requires a unique construction process — one that involves time, strategy, resources, and data or information provided (or not) by clients. Over time, I began referring to this approach as "legal engineering," since solving such issues is similar to building a structure: it requires strong foundations and base, planning, deep knowledge across multiple areas of law — often interconnected — that serve as its pillars and materials, excellence in communication, and other relevant aspects.

My professional journey is closely tied to everything I most appreciate in life. I am a lifelong lover of personal relationships, an avid reader, passionate about history and sociology, and deeply interested in music and sports.

My favorite hobby is traveling. I've had the privilege and opportunity to visit many countries around the world, which has given me profound insight into different cultures and human behavior. Being fluent in English has been a great help on these journeys.

My commitment is to help you protect your assets, resolve family conflicts, and ensure that your decisions and resolutions are legally supported. A natural communicator, I am fully equipped to assist both Brazilians and foreigners, offering accessible, global legal support.

Daniel helped me buy an apartment in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro. I recommend his services very much, especially for people who don´t speak Portuguese.
